Aattoir 

Big Tony was originally a leader of a minor street gang in Elpis.  He seized control quickly and gathered those of a like mindset, killing off any opposition.  He took a warehouse and a motel near Elpis as his compound and they survived by raiding farmers, stealing people into slavery.  This practice drove many of the Abbatoir into insanity,  but they survived. Big Tony was killed in his sleep by one of the women he enslaved and raped,  but other leadership rose quickly with the gang to form the present day status quo.  They believe in ruling by might and feel as if they deserve to be the top dogs in Elpis.
