HOW TO JOIN THE CITY GROUP?
Please visit our website for rules and application. However, you are encouraged to join the visitor group at the landing point. Every visitor is giving the "Outlander" tag to start the Role Play in the sim.
Where can I find out information about available rentals?
Renting on sim is meant to be easy! If you are seeking an apartment, simply look for one marked 'available' and pay the appropriate amount. Please send your land group request to Chickadee (chickadee.tremor) in world. If you are seeking to rent a shop that is locked, please inquire by means of a NC dropped for admin (box available at the landing point) and allow for up to 24 hours for follow up.
If you are seeking an already furnished shop, we are happy to clear the space for you and/or drop and/or change prims to better suit your roleplay needs.
Please note that as we aim to keep prim use available for all renters equally if you are over in your prim allotment, your objects may be returned without warning.
Does my application have to be approved prior to role-playing on sim?
The short answer is NO! However, in order for your character to be fully recognized and/or join a faction, you will be required to have an approved application.
How can I create a new faction?
Please drop a DETAILED note card in the admin box at the landing point. We will be in contact with you in world after we have had time to review/discuss your request.
Who can I ask for help with my character creation?
If, after reviewing the site in entirety you have further questions about your application prior to submitting it, please feel free to contact any officers of the roleplay group for assistance.
I'd like to suggest a story for the sim, where can I do this?
While there will be story events run by admin for the purpose of enhancing players story, the majority of role play on Elpis is meant to be player driven. If you require help and/or NPCs, please contact a noted member of the story team. Outside of this and/or for more detailed requests, please leave a NC for admin at the landing point.
Can I change my character role/create a new character?
We have no limit on the number of characters that are able to be played by anyone avatar. However, each does require an application submitted and approved.
